Healthy Skin

Our skin makes up 15% of our body weight, and performs multiple crucial functions for healthy life - it protects against UV radiation, protects us against infections, and is critical for maintaining our body’s stable temperature.  Inevitably, as we all get older our skin ages, but there are lots of things that you can do to reduce the signs of ageing, including being especially vigilant with sun protection, and living a healthy lifestyle.
